I am a recent graduate of the University of California, Irvine, where I earned my Master of Computer Science with a GPA of 3.83/4.00. I am excited to apply my skills and experience to the volunteer and believe that I would be a valuable addition to your team.
I have experience working with a variety of programming languages, including Python, Java, C++, and C, as well as frameworks and tools such as Spring Boot, Angular 8, and Apache Spark. During my time as a software development intern at Hexagon, I developed a Bounding Box Tool using Apex scripting API, Python and VTK modules for the Custom tool’s palette of MSC Apex software, as well as a DXF-Reader Tool using ezdxf module in Python. I also organized a Clean Code workshop and presented on the topic of Design Patterns.
Prior to my internship, I worked as a software engineer at ABM Web Solutions and Tata Consultancy Services, where I contributed to determining Collateral Risk for potential clients, re-architected an application to read data from excel to MariaDB, and managed server-side operations of an e-commerce website. Additionally, I have completed several academic projects, including a model using random forest and SVM algorithms for evaluating emails and classifying as safe or malicious, and an application to extract the sentimental meaning of social feeds.
I am a dedicated and hardworking individual, and have received the STAR Performer award from ABM Web Solutions for architectural changes and automation towards determining the Collateral Risk and reducing manual efforts. I am comfortable working independently and within a team, and am always eager to take on new challenges.
I look forward to the opportunity to discuss my qualifications further and how I can contribute to volunteering for your projects.
Sincerely,
Anu Preetham Dangeti
