I am a full stack developer who always had an interest in coding but never seriously considered it until I decided to follow my passion because who wants to live a life of regrets. Over a decade of a customer service has taught me the importance of building rapport and understanding what my client wants. 5+ years of working as a Disneyland cast member taught me that exceptional service is the only option when working with the most diverse group of individuals from all walks of life. Most importantly, I learned the importance of teamwork and collaboration. With my passion for problem solving, I entered Information technology and got closer to my interest in computers while learning how to work in a fast paced environment.
I entered computer science by earning my Comptia A+ certificate at Irvine Valley College, I then decided to take the leap and joined the 3 month intensive immersion Web Development program at LearningFuze. I spent 10-12 hours each day learning, honing and growing in technological skills for a full stack web developer. The joy that I have generating something with just a keyboard and computer has only grown into a passion and a life long desire to further develop my skills and professional advancement as a software developer. I believe in professionalism, communication, flexibility, team-work, empathy, and a receptive outlook on projects and ideas as some of the most important attributes of an ideal developer.
