I am looking for a skilled app developer to create a free P2P charity app for a non-profit organization. The app will be offered for free to any user and will allow individuals in need to post their specific needs such as home, auto, legal, mentoring, clothing, volunteer events or other. The app will be similar in functionality to the OfferUp app, where users can post their needs and volunteers or donors can browse and offer assistance.

The app should have the following features:

1. A user-friendly interface for individuals in need to post their specific needs.
2. A search function for volunteers and donors to browse and find needs that they can assist with.
3. Option for users to message each other to coordinate assistance.
4. Option for users to schedule volunteer shifts or sign up for events.
