Hot Chocolate Trust have developed sector-leading approaches to monitoring and evaluation in our work with disadvantaged young people. At the heart of these is our unique Outcomes Database tool, integrating impact measurement with our youth work practice to benefit young people and youth workers, before it meets the needs of funders and managers.
Our ambitions for its use within our own organization and the increasing requests from others to be able to use our tools have outstripped our capacity to develop it further in the original technology. We need to radically redevelop to take advantage of all the learning behind us and the opportunities in front of us.
We need to find a technical partner who could bring their expertise in database design and development (preferably SQL but we’re open to other proposals) to add to our skills and experience in work with vulnerable young people. We’d love to hear from you – there’s loads more to say…
