I would like support in developing an app that supports and empowers people in improving their wellbeing.
This app would replace the “ladder” section of the website 52little things. This section currently encourages people to record and think about the little thing that they would like to focus on this week.
The techniques that are suggested in the website are evidence based. So we know they work. I am a therapist so I have a keen understanding of mental health, but not so much with tech and coding. I would really appreciate support in developing this app, so as many people as possible can benefit from this.

I am open to suggestions, but I am trying to figure out how I can make this concept usable for as many people as possible and an app seems like the best option, but like I say I am open to options.
I am having a problem with the webhosting, but they have assured me it should be fixed. I’ll send you a link to the website once it is.
