Hello Wonderful People (it can’t be otherwise if you are reading this), 

I am Alex (Alessandro) Russo, Marketing Director @ E-ducare for Youth LTD (www.e-ducare.org), a Non profit organization that provides children in Ireland and Vietnam the opportunity to attain an education so that they may have a chance to make a difference for themselves and their community. Besides that, I am the CEO&Founder of WebYourMind LTD, a Software House based in Dublin and I am always looking for talented people (I work 100% remotely), but this is another story ^_^

THE PROJECT

We are looking for somebody to help us build our new website. The current version of the webiste is quite dated and doesn’t help e-ducare in reaching its goal of helping children worlwide in getting education (even tho it served its purpose).

In 2017 we planned to renew the website but we struggled to find motivated volunteers that could help us out (I have outlined on Trello what we need for a very rough first version).

Therefore, we are looking for 1 Designer and 1 WordPress Developer that can help us in making the new website come true.

Roughly it shouldn’t take too long (consider that Initially, we would like to have just the HOMEPAGE and a DONATE page. The full website will feature also a PROJECTS page and a VOLUNTEER page + a blog, quite typical)  and we hope to find someone thanks to donate:code.

I would love to work with you guys and I can guarantee you that any effort you’ll make will help us in donating a smile to children all over the world.

THE SPECS (or actually the notes)

As I have mentioned we have outlined a very simple plan on Trello on how, but I am happy to give you more details. 

Here’s what we would like to do for the very first version (HOMEPAGE + DONATE):

Homepage Sections (1 Page)

1. Instant Pitch Message

   a. Full Width Background Image

   b. Slogan

   c. CTA Button (Donate)

2. About Us

    a. 3 boxes with Images/Persona (we would like to add information about the founders and how E-ducare was born)

    b. Initial Copy per each box (Lorem Ipsum). N° of words TBD.

3. Projects

    a. Video Boxes (we need to decide the dimensions)  (Description + Thumbnail with play button + Project Link)

    b. TBD number of boxes (5 Total projects, shall we go with 3 boxes as a start)

4. Donate CTA

    a. Full Width Background image or white

    b. Donate CTA Text

5. Relevant Data (Families helped, Volunteers, counters etc).

    We could use animated counters etc.

6. Footer (contacts)

    1. Social

    2. Contact Information

    3. Relevant Links

    4. T&C / Privacy / Cookies

    5. ? (anything else that could be good in a footer)

CONCLUSION

I understand the work required to create an ideal solution, so any help we could get will be appreciated, even if it is just to create a very basic version (Homepage + Donate Page) of the site.
