Medical Directive is non-profit organization dedicated to the health sector and medical education. We believe that healthcare is a team effort and that there are opportunities for interprofessional all areas of the field. These collaborations hold great potential to confer benefit on student development, patient care, clinical research, and medical innovations.
With this in mind, we are hoping to make a platform available to our network of students and medical professionals. This proposed application would be used to facilitate the matching of students and medical professionals based on engagement parameters (i.e. shadowing, volunteering, supervised technical work, research, or all) set by both parties. This has significant implications for not just student professional development but also increased efficiency in health practices.
We currently have a small team but it would be great to collaborate with more developers and get advice/suggestions for this project. Thank you for your consideration and please reach out if you are interested in helping.
