Develop an e- wallet and bill payments app that has e-wallet services, can send money worldwide, change currencies, interphase with banks, with ability to sell airtime, mobile money, bills payment, send money accross banks. The app should have the ability to operate offline also (USSD) and online as web & app and can work with POS machines as well. I should also be able to work with vendors with whom I should share commission as well as other individual users.
The code should be an exact replica of Eversend app which you can access on Google play. You can also visit their website eversend.co

The app is needed by me in Uganda to create employment for people who will be working as vendors and should also help to enhance digitalisation of Africa. I am also unemployed and it can help me get what do while marketing it and running it.
