Project description:

Create an integrated database to facilitate knowledge exchange and crowd-sourced skill sharing to help develop surgical innovation to improve access to surgery in low- and middle-income countries. 

I want to make a database of people and projects, for example, so a data scientist can connect with surgeon in Haiti and work on a project together using this platform.

This is the type of database I would like to add to the site, except instead for people and projects with skills required specified  https://ai.google/research/pubs/
