Hi
Can you please expand on what you are looking for. Do you want someone to do some coding, or are you looking for help with content.

Coding only. Upgrading of the software and maybe adding of some new extensions https://m.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Upgrading
I have created the website myself with one volunteer. She has another job now and not able to dedicate time to WikiTranslate. I plan to work on making a free Russian video course next year and I need some help with Mediawiki and SMW upgrades.
